May 29th: today is Memorial Day, 2023 and I have the day off of work as a paid holiday and my family is on their way back from the lake cabin.
I just wanted to pause for a moment, and thank all of those brave sailors, air force, army and navy men and women that gave their lives to protect our country.

May we took, in a small, modest way, fight evil too in our generations, putting it all on the line if necessary.
