Naturally Curious

Some thinker attributed to humans that they are naturally curious and seek to know all that they can. I believe that this optimistic assertion to mostly wrong. We are naturally flawed, naturally controlled by our impulses, our desires, our temptations, our feelings and our fear of anything new. If we are brought up with a heightened consciousness and motivated to grow and think, then curiosity and seeking ever for more knowledge, to become as smart and wise as one can--these learned acquired habit convert one from being an irrational creature to a rational adult, investigating everything.
