Every human being is worthy of being love, just for being human, and a child of God. Even a serial killer is to be loved and forgiven as much as possible, though he must pay severely for his sins and crimes against humanity.
Each person is more lovable is she is a spiritually and morally wholesome person--and especially if she maverizes. God is love, and God in the ultimate individualist, so it stands to reason that God will love the individuator most and best.
One can be more lovable if one is kind, generous and diplomatic--these character traits make one more attractive and more lovable to most people, even if one is not rich, connected or winsome.
