I am a member of American Firearms Coalition,and here is their email that I sent to Graham's Senate hearing against this illegal, unconstitutional gun seizure backed by RINOS, Democrats the NRA and President Trump:
" As your constituent, I am writing to insist that you oppose 'Red Flag Gun Seizure' (S. 7) legislation that would allow a gun owner to have his firearms seized having never been arrested, indicted, or convicted in court - of anything!
This legislation destroys any notion of due process and is the end of the cherished American concept of 'innocent until proven guilty,' while violating the 2nd, 5th, and 6th amendments to the US Constitution!
Please understand that there is no amendment, no minor tweak, no improvement that could be made to this bill to make it acceptable to me as a law abiding gun owner.
So regardless of the NRA's support of this bill, and regardless of the fact that it has bi-partisan cosponsors, I strongly urge you to oppose this bill at all points in the legislative process.
The American Firearms Coalition assures me that they will keep me informed about this bill."
The gun grabbers are using this basic gun-grabbing bill as a starting place to grab more and more guns from lawabiding Americans without ever being convicted of a crime. They will secret ex parte hearings back in later.
There is no high bar for evidence to prove the guilt of the gun owner beyond any reasonable doubt. The gun owner must go to court to prove that he is sane and safe, and that he should get his constitutional rights back and he may not be able to get them back.
What if the cops kick the door open at 2 in the morning, a swat team, and the gun owner comes out of the bedroom with his gun to protect his home from invaders, and the cops kill an innocent, lawabiding man? This has already happened around the country.
