Prager wants us to befriend liberals while opposing firmly and defiantly Leftists. Glen Beck was interviewing Will Witt and they agreed that many liberals share more values with conservatives than they realize. Witt recommends that conservative be polite, friendly and civil and listen while allowing liberals to talk, to reason, to explain their point of view.
By building a friendly environment and keeping the lines of communication open, over time common ground and bipartisanship can grow out of this friendly interchange.
I as a moderate do not oppose this, but will not compromise and submit to angry, hostile, aggressive Leftists out to conquer all by any means and by force.
