Hillsdale Course On The Constitution

In this video about which I took notes, one of the wonderful concepts put for there, was the original idea that absolute power can be concentrated in God's hands because De is all-good, so De can handle that concentrated power without being corrupted by it.

In God, as the Lawgiver, gave the world that De  crated natural, ergo, God is the Legislator.

God as Divine Providence is the Executive.

God as The Supreme Judge Of the World is the Judicial Power.

Unlike God, under the Constitution, for corrupt humans, there must be checks and balances with power distributed separately among the Executive, Legislative and Judicial branches. It reflects human nature as it is--brilliant and realistic too.
