There is high culture everywhere, in every county in America, in every village anywhere on earth. In these same places are potential great souls, billions of them, if they but believed in themselves, and were individuators along the lines of rational egoism unfurled. Every peasant is Kant or Shakespeare, if made aware of his potential to develop.
