A Causeless World

Is it possible, in one of the alternative Dimensions of reality, that all things happen by chance, and that causal connections there do not exist.?The moderate in me does not deny that such a world might exist. That said, I am not able to speculate as to what the laws governing a causeless reality would look like, or what it would be like for a human to experience living in such a world.
