I do not like bullies at all. To brag about having the power and authority to hurt or destroy someone that you loathe, someone that you may legitimately or innocently or heedlessly have been hurt by, is to be a small-minded, mean person.
What would impress me a lot more would occur, whether you have the power and authority, to hurt someone that is poor, defenseless or powerless: that is you stay out of their affairs, and allow them the liberty and decision-making power to run their own lives.
That generous approach is egoistically sound: it is all kind, generous, big-hearted and broad-minded.
