In his book BEYOND ORDER 12 MORE RULES FOR LIFE, on Page 157, Jordan Peterson lays out Rule VI: Abandon Ideology.
He will lay out his case, but he is a moral and ontological moderate as I am, and we detest ideologue's and ideology, with their totalistic views and bottomless desire to rule others.
If you are an ideologue, you are in personal hell on earth, and you are spreading that condition everywhere, and you justify it to yourself and your peers as your advocacy being for the sake of humanity.
Enjoy your opinions and value system, but ideological fervor about it, negates the worth and value of the ideas favored.
