God created humans and gave them dominion over the earth. He made men and women equally in his own image, and that the creation of humans was good.
God gave humans speech and the responsibility to help shape and bring forth creation. This is to be conducted in the modes of Love, Truth and Courage.
I believe Jordan has captured well what is the human role in the world, and what God expects from us.
