Take responsibility for what you say. Speak the truth but do so as tactfully as possible to be plain-spoken and factual without being discourteous, insulting or inflammatory.
Words have meaning so realize in advance the anticipated and expected reaction of the groupists surrounding you. Be nice but do not hold back: say what you mean and mean what you say.
