Watching the Dorrs build their little lobbying empire while defending gun rights in half a dozen Midwest states, reminds us that the game is the same all over.
Few leglislators and politicians are heroes and statesman: most say, vote and do what they Caucus says, votes and does. Most are group-creatures and are backbenchers and cowards, making the Swamp more swampy.
Only politicians that are principled individuals and individuators dare to be heroes and statesman, voting according to principle and actually working for their voters that they represent.
