Refuse to listen as the Statists invent more and more "problems: requiring Big Government answers.
Proper response: we conservatives will decide if it is a problem or not, and if the community or nation are the best ones to address it, if it is a national problem, or if federal intervention is required or will work.
We prefer go downsize government and give back money, private lives, private activity, property and liberty to the individuaal citizens outside of Government busybodies and power-grabbers.
