Balance of Power

 

I cannot conceive of a more effect check on centralized power, where the high-muck-a-mucks have it all and the masses have little, than to train up most citizens to be anarchist-individuator supercitizens.

 

Armed, stout supercitizens would keep power decentralized and roughly evenly distributed for the people, free and republican, and in control.

 

Supercitizens would achieve this negatively by canceling each other out. With millions of neighbors with real but not boundless power and wealth like the share that each one enjoys, then they cancel each other out so no one can bet the upper hand by amassing all power and wealth to themselves.

 

Supercitizenswould keep the balance of power distributed positively as a moral and political preference where each would exercise self-control (neither oppressing any other or allowing any other to oppress oneself) promoting liberty and share of property and power by all, socially  ostracizing any too greedy to grab wealth and power.
