First, you must make self-realizing your talents the central objective of your life.
Second, the Good Spirits are immaterial beings, individuals and individuators, so pray to them for inspiration and instruction as to how you should proceed because your emulating them is your living self-sacrifice to them and to God.
Third, search in earnest to uncover what is your life quest, and then go after it relentlessly.
Fourth, apply yourself, apply yourself and apply yourself some more.
