Be a leader. Question everything. Question your premises. Be curious about everything. Ask why often and continually. How are you to grow and expand if your are uninterested, complacent, satisfied and without a passion to improve.
Push yourself to do better, aim higher, go higher. Leading the self to higher ground--that is what maverization is all about. Leading others is only necessary if they are rudderless, without a goal, with that divine urge to lead themselves to higher ground.
There is no room for drones and slugs. Be a leader. Get it done.
