Same-Sex Marriage Ban Upheld

11-7-2014: It is considered likely now by marriage experts that the Supreme Court should take up same-sex marriage ban ruling for all 50 states.

One thing I admire about Mark Levin is that he has taught me that all the federal institutions--the Imperial Presidency, the overreaching bureaucracy writing laws without public input, the overbearing, expansionist Congress and the activist Supreme Court--have all conspired to grab unconstitutional power from the states. The more powerful and intrusive is the federal leviathan, the more they trample the Constitution, and that much reduced is the liberty of the private citizen.

This centralization of power must first be stopped, and then devolution back to the canton or county level must occur in earnest.

Things like same-sex marriage ban, and all social issues like abortion, should be decided state by state, and not by the courts at that level, but by the voters directly.

I would like Levin to lay out his Article V reform to return us to a constitutional republic. I would envision the Tea Party taking over the Republican Party, and then taking over the nation, and then taking over the world (not militarily but by educating other peoples on the American way, transforming their faiths, their cultures, their political systems and economic systems).

I would like to mingle in Mavellonialist values and political scenarios, not to replace that constitutional republic, but to make it even for powerful, local and yet interactive on a national level.

The future is very promising and there is much to done and worked out.
