Rush and others today (11-12-2014) note the MIT Professor caught on tape bragging, that as the architect of Obamacare, the plan was to dupe and lie to the stupid voters all along to get to Obamacare, and eventually one-payer, nationalized medicine.
Yes, Rush this is a teachable moment, but I want to expand the context of applicability. All leaders of all institutions, politicial and nonpolitical, more or less lie routinely to those citizens and customers whom they supervise and live off of.
We are lied to all the time. We should never believe the government, especially, a socialist administration like the one run by this liar, dictator and crook, Obama.
The lesson to be learned is this: become an individuator-anarchist running government, and keeping government and all isntitutiions local and decentralized. Be a supercitizen and trust never, ANYTHING, that a public official tells you. Verify from your own knowledge, experience and competing news sources before you accept what they say as true. Let not scientists or experts have the last word either.
Be a super-informed, super-citizen that keeps power, money and cliques split up and separated.
Where government is small, local and decentralized, power is least corrupting to the wicked human heart.
Centralized power, and lying to get there and working tirelessly to stay there and extend one's power base, go hand in hand.
