If someone or her emissary makes you feel happy and more complete, or they express a desire to share God's word or blessings with you or the community, they are heaven-sent, and may be embraced.
If someone or her emissary makes people upset, divided into factions and make them inclined to bicker, or they preach hatred and trouble-making, they are hell-sent, and are to be spurned and rejected, even run out of the community.
