The False Divide

Loria Sturdevant, the liberal columnist for the StarTribune, had a weekend opinion piece about the urban-rural divide in Minnesota.

If it exists, is not relevant for me. We need new-age conservatives, drawn from the ranks of all Minnesotans, all Americans. Whether urban or rural, black or white, woman or man, young or old, rich or poor--it does not matter.

All have sound reasons for rejecting the Minnesota Dayton tax and spend model in favor of small government, lower taxes,  and government run on the county level. This alternative aids and sets free all Minnesota, both urban and rural.
