God's Warriors

We that serve God must be strong, brave, disciplined and willing to inflict tough love on ourselves, those around us and especially when attacking our enemies. We may need to be violent. We may need to use lethal force. There is a time and place for acts of destruction, but they must be specifically targeted, of short duration and only as much as needed.

With our wicked human heart, killing for its own pleasurable sake, can take over the killer as blood lust consumes him.

We that are God's warriors are not completely gentle and nonviolent. We use violence and the energy of destruction when and where it is appropriate to do so, and then we cease killing and hurting any more.

Another way of stating this is that the good must not be too tender-hearted, or the armies of evildoers will torture, maim, persecute and genocide them.

The good must not be too quick to shoot either.
