Rush has been urging his listeners to be participating, high information voters for some time. Amen. My conception of the average citizen as an individuator that runs his canton personally as a supercitizen is what Rush is espousing, plus the other elements included.
Political activism is hard work, but is a lifelong obligation that each citizen must shoulder for the country of 30,000 cantons to operate smoothly and justly.
