South Dakota very well might pass Constitutional Carry in 2019 and Minnesota next door is trying to register and red-flag the guns and rights of law-abiding Minnesotans.
How can we live 250 miles apart, and see the world so differently. The seven-county metro area here is doing its best to be the new Connecticut.
