Fame, acclamation, riches and accolades make be bestowed upon an accomplished individuator during her life time. Or she may struggle her entire lifetime to escape poverty and complete anonymity. She may well die unknown but very successful in the eyes of God, her family and herself.
Does it make any difference that she may die unknown? Not really, not with the people and the Divinity, the ones that matter most.
