The only feminism that is real and effective would be one that grew out of egoist ethics. We do not love ourselves or others unless we are free to self-realize as individuals. If a woman was insistent that she be free to marry, have children, to worship as she saw fit, to have a career and pursue her individuation telos, then she would be liberated and empowered.
She would let the man in her life know that she has zero tolerance for a man that subjugates or abuses her in any way, if, once called out for his misbehavior, he would be summarily fired from her life, if he did not shape up immediately.
She would also, as a feminine egoist, practice self-discipline, refusing to victimize her husband, her children, her family or her peers. A healthy, wholesome, strong woman in one’s life is a bracing, enlivening adventure.
Let her be armed and feisty too, just to make sure the men in her life get the point.
